Mr. Higgins is a 10 year old Yorkshire who is looking for a family that can meet all his needs. Mr Higgins still has a lot of love to give to that special family. Mr Higgins is able to get around well on his own but his special needs are to have soft can food, reason being he doesn’t have any teeth at all. He is up to date on all shots and chipped. We have added pictures to show what this poor guy looked like when he first came into the rescue and the dental we had done.
